A backyard without a fence can feel unfinished - open to neighbors, foot traffic, and whatever else borders the property line. That's exactly what this homeowner was dealing with. They had a solid house, a decent yard, and zero privacy. We fixed that.

We built an 18' x 42' privacy fence using pressure-treated wood, which is the right call for any fence that's going to hold up long-term. The boards are tight, the posts are plumb, and the whole thing wraps the yard cleanly. No gaps, no leaning sections, no corners cut. Just a well-built fence that does its job.

We also framed in a man gate on the side of the house. The black hardware against the fresh wood gives it a clean, intentional look - and it means you can actually get in and out of the yard without going through the house or hopping a fence. Functional details like that matter.

What we ended up with is a yard that feels like a yard. Contained, private, usable. The kind of space where you can actually be outside without feeling like you're on display. That's what a good fence does - it turns a piece of land into a place.

Every fence we build is treated like a permanent structure, not a temporary fix. We use quality materials, set posts properly, and frame gates the right way so they don't sag or bind six months down the road. If your backyard needs that same kind of attention, we'd be glad to talk through what it takes.
